Quality of service and work has gone downhill since taken over by a new owner in 5-07 One of my nails got a fungus infection. I questioned them, they told me it was nothing. I went to another place, and they were appalled at the condition of my nail.... I never went back to Bello Nail Salon in Edmond, OK.
Pros: None
Cons: They are not concern about cleanliness.

i went to this salon about 3 weeks ago for a pedicure and a fill. i was very happy with the fill (which was done by the owner) but politely told her that i didn't think the pedicure was very good. i called back today (3 weeks later) and rescheduled a "fill" appointment with the owner. 5 minutes later, she called back and told me she doesn't want to ever do my nails again because "i can't please you." i told her that she must have me confused with somone else, that i WAS happy with how she did my nails, that i never once complained, left her a $5 tip, told her i was glad that i had found her, and wouldn't have rescheduled if i had been UNHAPPY. i told her that i just didn't think the pedicure was up to par. long story short, she blatantly refused to do my nails again (i guess because i didn't want to reschedule a pedicure)!? i've never been treated this way by ANYONE! WHO TURNS AWAY A HAPPY CUSTOMER...DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BEING HONEST. YOU'LL NEVER BE ALLOWED BACK AGAIN! i would suggest that you AVOID this place (unless you enjoy rejection and being treated very poorly). i'm completely appalled.
