Beautiful arrangement and great service!!!

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend last week while I was out of town. The lady on phone was very helpful because I had no idea what to order. the flowers arrived and my girlfriend took a picture and sent it to me. They were so beautiful. I was very happy with the beautiful bouquet they sent. I definitely will order again. Great job!!!!

Unprofessional and Unpleasant. About my experience with Juliannes Floral. I attempted to order flowers for my girlfriend, to her place of work, for her birthday. My first call was placed and I was told by the person on the phone "I can not understand you" I replied " I'm sorry I will try to call back." and hung up. My phone never rang but this voicemail was received instead. I attempted to call back to get some answers about the rude and unprofessional message that I had been left. My first two attempts someone picked up, then hung up. The third, someone picked up and screamed in the phone then hung up. The fourth, they picked up right away and what sounded to be the same lady in the voicemail told me "keep calling you idiot and I'm calling the cops." I laughed and have continued to share this amusing encounter with others ever since. Enjoy. I suggest never using Julliannes Floral of OKC.
