Charged Me for Re-cleaning my apartment.
Honestly, while I lived at Cambridge Landing I didn't have any bad experiences except for an ancient heater. My problems came after I moved out. I always make it a point to clean my apartment before
I leave because I don't want to leave a disgusting impression. I wish I would have taken pictures to prove that I had cleaned. I never would have thought that they would clean my already clean apartment and then charge me for it. They charged me:
toilet- $10.00
tub-$20.00
refrigerator- $40.00
dishwasher-$10.00
trash removal- $60.00
As I stated earlier, I had already cleaned everything. The last indignity was that they handed me over to a collections agency without notifying me. IF YOU MOVE IN, TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE.…

I have lived at Cambridge for 6 months, in this small time frame I have had to deal with mold in my bathroom, (replacing the tile myself), I came home to find keys in my door, UNLOCKED, and no one
inside... someone could have stolen my things. I had to have my carpet fixed due to a bad dish washer, which needed fixed within a week of it's first fix. My front door lock is so old you have to jimmy the door to lock it, my drain in the bath is broken and no one ever came to fix it, when they came to clean my carpet it took them a week to replace my pad. Meaning my dining room was in my living room for a week. My walls in the bathroom are also rotted, but when I called to inform management that my father was there to show them they would not show. My dad fixed it and they showed up a week later claiming nothing was wrong.
I also had my car broken into and got a reply of did you call the police...then why do I care. I think the new management for Cambridge is shaddy and should not be considered worthy of your time. It was safe until they fired the one employee who cared... Just do your homework.…
