Stay away from this company

First, improper installation which resulted in no service on the satellite connection.

Secondly, the "new" technician doing the installation did not leave copies of the entire contract so when it came time to try to cancel service you can imagine how hard it has been to do so.

Full charges were NOT explained and were a huge surprise on the credit card. Supposedly these were explained in the contract which surprisingly my Mother was not left with!

When Graves was contact within the cancellation period to just stop service and come get the equipment they refused. All in all a terrible experience. Save yourself the trouble.
