Just a bad experience. Ordered
valentine flowers on Monday. At 6:00 on valentines the flowers had not been delivered. Someone from their shop stated "we'll we are still delivering and she should have stayed" . Really. They offered a $12.95 discount to be delivered the day after valentines. DO NOT USE. There are many post with the same scenario just a different event.

LESTER HOWARD EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!.
Extremely professional, expertise beyond all others. Their talent is evident in their beautiful creations!
When my sister passed away, I wanted something special for her casket but didn't have a lot to spend. I called Lester and asked him if he could do something in my budget. I knew with their incredible reputation and past purchases, they would do a good job -- but I was so impressed when I saw their beautiful creation! They were fast in getting the arrangement to the funeral home for viewing. I called the funeral home before I went there and asked if the flowers had arrived and if they were pretty. The funeral home said they were there and he thought they were the most beautiful he had ever seen. I felt the same way when I saw them. I was expecting mostly carnations due to cost, but was shocked to not have a single carnation. It was an unique design and was evident it was created by a true professional. I downloaded a picture of the casket piece for you to see for yourself.
Thank you, Lester Howard and Howard Brothers Florists for making a difficult experience much easier and for helping me to say a sweet farewell to my little sister. Sincerely, Pam Oldfield

Unprofessional.
I wanted flowers delivered to my wife to celebrate her first day at her new job.
At 9:00am I placed the order with this florist.
I told them I was looking to spend around $70 and that I trusted them to make something nice. The woman I spoke with told me that the delivery truck would begin deliveries at 12:30pm so I could expect her to get them "some time after that."
3:00pm... no flowers yet. I called... they said it should be in the next 30 mintues or so
4:15pm... no flowers yet. I called, explained the situation, got put on hold for 10 minutes, and was then told that it would be any minute now and that if I wanted them delivered in the morning or around lunch time that I should have specified because that costs extra. Hmm, that would have been nice to know when I placed the order!
IF YOU KNOW YOU CAN'T MAKE THE DELIVERY BEFORE THE END OF THE DAY, TELL ME WHEN I'M ORDERING SO I CAN HANG UP AND USE A DIFFERENT FLORIST!
Call me crazy but I figured that if someone places a call for a delivery at 9am, and is told that it would just be "some time after 12:30", a reasonable person would expect that delivery to happen prior to 3pm, or at least before 4pm!!!
My wife did eventually receive her flowers... at 4:25pm. So much for her being able to enjoy the flowers on her first day of work.
My wife was appreciative of course, and said the flowers looked great, but a different florist probably could have made the same arrangement and delivered it by a reasonable time.
