Most Wonderful Prom Dress ever BUT........ I bought my daughter the most wonderful prom dress ever but, the owner said there were only 2 dresses like that and she sold the other one to a girl going to the SAME prom. Very disappointed they had us register what prom we were going to all for not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So the almight buck is more important than class! Very disappointed in this store , will never go bACK!!!!! tHEY SUCKERED US

Don't Let Them Fool You. They Are Liars. I would never go back to Pomp and Pageantry. I recently went there to buy a prom dress. I was very indecisive about a very expensive dress and the saleswoman told me I had three days to return it if I didn't like it. I specifically remember her even putting 3 fingers up and telling me and my mother that. It was close to closing time when she told me that, and I was not mistaken, she said that. So I ended up buying the dress but even when I got home I decided I wanted to keep looking. So my mother took the dress back after buying it less than 48 hours ago. When she got there they told her that was not their policy. They called the saleswoman in and she insisted that she didn't say that. She was a liar. No other saleswoman was in the room when she told us that. She lied to us so that we would buy an expensive dress. It ended up in her calling my mother a b****. Yes, this saleswoman called my mother that after my mother had been very classy and stating her point. This is the worst dress shop I have ever encountered.

Great advice. The owner helped me pick out a bridesmaid dress that was just right for my body type. She has been in the biz for long time and her experience helped me make an educated choice. Plus, she helped the bride narrow her choice of bridesmaid dress color to suite the whole party. So much fun. Thanks Pomp & Pageantry!!

Great dress selection and staff. I have shopped at pomp and pagentry for years-first for prom dresses and more recently for bridesmaid dresses-and have always had great experiences. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Bridal and Formal Dress Store. I bought my prom dress and bridesmaid dresses at this store and highly recommend it. The staff are very nice and helpful and they have a great selection of dresses.

Just plain bad.. I have to agree with Sarah. I also went here and the service was just awful. I personally will never go back and after searching many bridal places and seeing the reviews that this store has on other sites.. ie. Yahoo, Google, mercantcircle.. its clear that webster is the exception to the rule. I'm glad his wife had a good experience, but I wouldn't waste my time

Best Bridal Shop in Oklahoma. I don't know what Sarah was talking about but I was taken care of in a friendly manner. They addressed all my wife's needs and all of the alterations were free, including the bridesmaids. I guess some people can't be pleased.

Worst Bridal Shop in Oklahoma. This is the worst bridal shop and possibly in the United States. They are horrible rude and my only guess is that the people leaving kind comments either work there or know someone who does. They ignore you, treat you terribly unless you buy something, and to top it off even the owner is rude. Good luck if you decide to go here for a dress. They will ruin your day.
