I have had trouble with this place since i moved in. starting with the maintenance, they have not fixed a thing since I moved in. The lock on my sliding door does not lock and I've went to them about thi numerous times and it has never been fixed, the air filters were never changed before i moved in and i told them, still nothing, and they never put a battery in my fire alarm that's just the start. My downstairs neighbor is a very creepy old man he Will stand outside my window anytime Im trying to leave. The landlord is extremely rude and always talks down to me. When i got married i tried to get my husband added onto the lease, he filled out and application and we paid the fee but she never got around.to adding him and its now almost 4 months later.

I moved out Christmas weekend and turned my keys in on Dec. 27th. On the 28th while at work I was told by a fellow co-worker and tenant of Concorde Linda, the landlord, told him she was going to turn me into the Collection Agency if I did not pay her rent for January? I called her and asked her if she understood what he did was unprofessional as well as slander and I did not appreciate it. She denied saying anything to him and then said that all she told him was that we moved out. I was frustrated, (and since I was calling from work) so I told her I would stop by the office after I got off work. She called me back and told me if I came by, she would call the cops on me. WOE. For trying to figure out why she is talking about me to another tenant? What she did was a violation of privacy and confidentiality. Not her business, unprofessional, and rude. So now she is threatening to call the cops on me for wanting to discuss her actions with her. She has me furious.
- Pros: Close to the Air Base
- Cons: The Landlady is never in her office. The rent is too high for the small apartments.

This is based only on my experience. I moved into Concorde Apartments on 10/25/07. The day we were signing the lease the Landlady Linda had a heart attack and we, (my fiance and I) had to call 911. We called and waited for the ambulance so she would not be left alone. The next day we obtained keys for the apartment from her assistant. We did not receive a copy of our lease. We moved into a one bedroom as it was only myself, my fiance, and our son. This arrangement worked until we found out we were expecting another child. At this point we asked her about a 2 bedroom. She told us she would move us but that our original lease would not be ignored, she would add it to our current lease, making it a 10 month lease. This would not work for us financially so we began looking at other places. We found a much larger 2 bedroom for LESS than we were paying for the one bedroom so we gave her our notice of intent for 30 days, and things became increasingly worse from there. She gave us a hard time about moving out, "Your lease says you are responsible for the entire time, until April." OK, we understood that. "You will not get your deposit back, you will be charged extra for moving out early, you will pay for steam cleaning the carpets..." OK, we get that too. No big deal. Then everything started to upset me when her actions and attitude became increasingly unbearable. During the time we lived there she was supposed to sign for mail. However, she was never in the office so when we received packages we would have to go to the city to pick them up because she was not there to sign for them. We ordered checks and ATM cards, and SHE sent them back to the bank with a note that we did not live there. She re-leased our apartment within three days after we moved out, and she STILL expected us to pay our rent for the months we were NOT living there.
