Want good food & good service? Go somewhere else!.
The only reason this review has even ONE STAR is because I had to give it a rating. If there was no star to be given, that is what I would rate it, ZERO!
The "Management" there that was on duty when I went in, had an attitude from the nether. As a matter of fact, when I asked about an item on the menu that I was not familiar with, the Manager says, "I don't know. I just started yesterday!" Then she turned and walked away from me, as though I didn't exist and began delegating jobs to employees. The Drive-Thru person took my order, because she was too busy to finish business with me.
When the food came out, it not only smelled rank, it tasted even worse! I just about choked on the first bite of Cantina Taco that had miniscuel meat on the taco to begin with. It was dry and the tortillas were fallen apart. If I had finished this, I would have had to have a fork to eat it. A regular hardshell taco ordered with the combo was putrid; the meat was covered in grease. It was gross.
I got no "Thank you", no request to return, nothing.
Unfortunately, I ended up throwing the entire 3-Cantina Tacos Combo Meal in the trash! There was no need to take it back and have to deal with a manager who didn't know anything about the menu items and who just started yesterday!
Please note, this meal was a "comp meal" because of a previous "screw-up" at this same store. You'd think, knowing that, they would have made an effort to make sure I was a happy camper leaving the store... but instead this second experience was much worse than the original bad experience!!!
My advice? Don't go to this Taco Bell if you want good food and good service. Go somewhere else! There are plenty of other good fast food restaurants around on this section of Route 66.
My days with Taco Bell are finished!

Budget-minded families and travelers make a run for America's leading taco chain..
In Short
A pink and blue color scheme, white tile floors and hacienda-like arched windows combine for a subtle Southwestern motif at this fast-food chain. Founded in Southern California in 1962 by Glen Bell (who invented the pre-fab hard taco shell), this casual order-at-the-counter Mexican restaurant features classics like tacos, nachos, quesadillas and burritos. In recent years, menu offerings have expanded to include specialty items like gorditas, chalupas and cinnamon twists.
