Ski Haus Travel.
Well, I won't use this place to book travel again. Had to choose a star.. should be a zero...First it took about 4 or 5 calls to get the informations I needed. Once trip was booked they were of no
service at all. After being injured skiing they could not offer any refund on rooms or ski lift tickets. If I would have just taken the extra 5 min. to book the rooms via internet or called the hotel myself I could have booked the same rooms for a better rate and been able to get out of my rooms when I need to check out a day early. I ended up selling my extra days of lift tickets out side the Adventures ticket boothe myself so I only lost about 20.00 on lift tickets.
Lesson Learned... just do the reservations yourself.. these glorified trip planners are really no help!!!!!!!…
No good. I had to choose a star otherwise it would have been zero! Customer service was terrible. We had a problem with a helmet we purchased and had to return it. It had a blown speaker. The cashier was so rude. The manager told us to take another helmet (they found in the back) that had a post it on it saying speaker blown... He told us that if we got on the mountain and it didn't work to bring it back and he would gladly refund our money. Really? Why would we want another broken helmet to take with us on our ski trip. Lame. We got a store credit, which will never be used for principle alone. Can't stand to ever return to that place.…
