The service dept did what they could to determine how to fix the latch without being able to duplicate the problem. In the end, the latch is fixed and we were not charged for the repair since we had to bring it in so many times which we were thankful for.
I have used the Bob Howard Nissan Service department twice now. I never leave feeling like i am being taking advantage of which is great considering I am a female and my husband is in the in the military and i have to take my car in. I have serveral friends with Nissan`s and I tell them how awesome then are at Bob Howard Nissan Service. Keep up the good work.
They quickly realized that my service was going to take some time and got me a rental right away! Kept me up to date on the problems with my car and when parts would be in.
From arrival to finish they did a perfect job.

Wish you would keep the coupons at $19.99 and wash cars on SAT. Otherwise they are very efficient and nice to deal with. Always fast and considerate. Eveyone you met at the NISSAN service center is polite and the service is great.
