I am seriously thinking of doing all maintenance possible with theirdealership rather than the one in Tulsa where I purchased the vehicle. I know for a fact that every oil change will now be done at Bob Howard in Edmond! My next car will come from dealership. I appreciate them and ALL the people who helped me yesterday.

Your service is always excellent. Amy Dobbs was my service advisor and she did an outstanding job. Sue at the desk is always efficient also. I would also like to thank the service people in the garage who worked on my car.

Looking forward to coming back. This is the second new Toyota I`ve purchased from Bob Howard. This time was fantastic...much better than five years ago when the finance manager kept me hostage in his office for nearly two hours. Both Sean and Heath were concerned about our time and performed their duties splendidly. I`m already looking forward to buying our third new Toyota from you.

Good Car buying experience. I want to give high marks of courtesy kindness and patience to Don Nelson and John Kerr who were professional proficient in their trade and very helpful to me. Rick Sanders was also most kind and helpful. He located the exact car I wanted. Thanks for such a good car-buying experience. I will return one day to replace my wife`s Camry. Fantastic!. Mr. Rick Sanders was fantastic and had my truck there days before the original date. He was one of the best sales rep and very professional and patient.
