DO NOT take your sick pet here!. We have taken our dogs here before for shots. We took our dog here the other day because she wasn't eating. She is now dead.

Friday we took her in because she was not eating and was drinking a lot of water. Dr. Leighton said she had diabetes and has an infection. He said he'd like to keep her over night to run a blood test to see what it was. Saturday morning we called to see if we could come get her but another doctor (who I'm guessing is taking over the business because this guy is beyond the retirement age) said they still hadn't done a test. She said our dog is "in good hands" and someone is there to watch the dogs. Sunday they are closed so we couldn't get her.

Monday morning we were so excited to finally bring her back home. We called right before we left like we did Saturday. We were then told that she had died the night before. They did not even call us that morning to let us know she had died.

We asked Dr.Leighton how her blood test came out and he said he didn't even take one. He didn't know how she died. He also said that no one was with the dogs!

We did not want them to cremate her so we picked her up later that day. While paying for the bill, the receptionist didn't even know our Buttercup had died and was confused. Of course that led us to false hope that she was still alive. When we brought her home to burry her, and opened the bag to make sure it was her, she was covered in diarrhea, which they didn't tell us she had. They didn't even have the decency to clean her up.

I regret taking my baby girl to this place and wish she would have died in our own home than alone, in a cage covered in her feces, at this horrible place.
