Excellent Service. I bought a deadbolt which was subsequently discontinued because of bad lock design. It froze up. I called before work and only had 1 1/2 hours to get it fixed and they got a guy over very quickly. Unfortunately, the lock was beyond repair. He only charged me a trip charge. A couple of days later, I got another deadbolt and had trouble installing it. I took it to the shop and they showed me where I was going wrong and told me how to install. Didn't charge me anything and gave me a couple of keys. Worked like a charm. Five minutes after getting home, I finally had a deadbolt that worked. Very friendly and professional. Will come back next time.

Locksmith was rude. Their locksmith they sent out was very rude. He reeked of cigarette smoke and cussed when he realized he had forgotten something.

I was pleased w/ the ladies in the office. They were pleasant and very helpful.
