Run! Run! Far Away! They lost my mother-of-the-groom dress! Won't call me back, customer service is non-existent! If you do happen to purchase with them.. Do not pay up front! Don't pay until you've got the dress in hand, because once they have your money, they could care less!
Awful service and poor quality work. I bought my wedding dress from this store. They do have many beautiful dresses, but after dealing with the employees I wish I had gone somewhere else. I paid $100 to have several cheap little snaps replaced and the seamstress didn't even do it. So 5 days before the wedding we have to wait an hour for her to come fix it. And several buttons were missing and ribbons were frayed. When informed of this and told that this shouldn't be found in such an expensive dress, the asst. manager stated, "That's your opinion and you're entitled to it."
wedding dress. Drove to OKC from Wichita, KS to get my wedding dress. First visit was a wonderful experience! Sales consultant, Tracy, was very attentive! Ordered my dress at that time! Took my bridesmaid later to show her the dress I ordered... Dress came in on time.. Went back today for fitting and to bring the dress home... The dress didn't fit!! Manager says the dress was "mis-cut"!! Retook measurements today and I had actually lost weight!!! She offered to "fix" the dress, but didn't offer any sort of compensation for my time or inconvenience! When I asked the manager for a discount on the "mis-cut" dress or free alterations or a free slip, she was rude! Laughed at me and basically said it wasn't her fault!! In the end she offered to contact her district manager and see about "comping" the slip.. I heard back quickly and they agreed... Still, I left the store a very stressed and anxious bride... I felt like the experience had been overshadowed by the manager's behavior! Will not get my bridesmaid dresses there now!!!
