AAF Gym is The worst gym in OKC

I joined AAF after my previous gym membership expired, because it was close to my home and it was open 24 hrs. I got locked into the high pressured-sales contract with promises of upcoming features to the gym that never came. It is unclean, the staff is frequently rude, the managers are frequently rude...About the rudeness? Not a problem, since they have so much staff turnover that it is not funny.
if you want a good gym, head in the opposite direction. Spend your money on a home-fitness machine rather than AAF. You'll thank me later.
