Don't be in a hurry here!. Easter Sunday late morning, around 11:15. Restaurant had just opened for the day. My friend and I were the only customers. Wait staff (about six) ) stood around talking; one girl fussed with her hair in a mirror on the wall. Our server showed us to a table. We ordered, then waited 45 minutes for our sandwich and salad. No explanation was offered for the long wait. When I commented on the wait, the server laughed and simply said the kitchen staff were off to a slow start! No other customers entered during the time we were there.
