Terrible Service at Factory Direct Tukwila Washington. Funiture Direct in Tukwila Washington should be avoided by anyone expecting real customer service. Showroom service by "Richard" was awesome. After I bought a couple thousand dollars worth of merchandise, the trouble showed up. The mattress I bought fell apart in the first 2 months. When I complianed they said they would exchange, but when I got there, only higher priced mattresses were available outside the manufacturer product I originally bought (I was NOT buying THEIR product again). I put up another $300 to get another mattress, and I was told they would deliver and exchange on the next WEDNESDAY, and that they would call 2 days before delivery. By Wednesday, no one had called me so called I called them. Was told that there would be a delivery between 2 & 6 PM. Then, they called me back and said there had been a mistake, no delivery had been scheduled. This was after I had taken time off from work. They are famous for telling you after the sale "we're sorry, there is nothing we can do". This has happened for the last time with me. I will spend no more money there, and would NOT recommend this store to anyone at any time, for product or service.…
Bad Repair Services. well, 7 months after buying a set of a sofa and an ottoman, for some reason the ottoman went flat and something broke on the sofa when i sat down 2 weeks ago, I took the piece to Factory Direct and they told me that they will give me a call, the a few days passed by and they told me that the sofa was ready and the Ottoman will take about 3 weeks. To make the long story short, i picked up the sofa and to my surprise, NOTHING WAS DONE ON IT, the only difference was it was full of dust , THAT is . I am about to call them and request to talk to the Manager, is there anyone that QC (quality control) their work…
What a WONDERFUL place to Buy!. My husband I and recently purchased a couch from Factory Direct and we are so pleased with our experiance there! Our Sales person was Tino, and he was the most wonderful sales man! He wasnt pushy and gave us time to browse at our own pace while still checking to make sure that we were finding everything ok. He directed us back to where they had some couches that were actually on sale and we bought almost the first one we sat in! It was perfect! We put over half down and financed the rest which took 5 minutes for the application, and within 10 we had an answer. Tino drew up all the paper work for us while we lounged around and brought it to us to sign. The girl who finished helping us was very quick and dilagent. We picked it up the next day in perfect condition. They even helped tie it down for us! We will definatly be going back after our awesome experiance there! If your looking for a salesman... HONEST AND FRIENDLY SALESMAN. I WENT INTO FACTORY DIRECT LAST MONTH AND BOUGHT 2 RECLINERS 1 LOVESEAT AND 2 END TABLES. I WAS HELP BY A VERY HELPFUL YOUNG MAN NAMED CAMERON. HE ASKED SEVERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT WE WAS LOOKING FOR AND IN SECONDS WE FOUND THE FURNITURE WE NEEDED. AFTER FINDING THE FURNITURE CAMERON EXPLAINED THEIR FURNITURE PROTECTION PLAN IN AN EASY TO UNDERSTAND WAY. WATCH THE EXTENDED WARRANTY.
When I purchased a sectional at this store, I was offered the 5 year extended warranty which came with a kit of cleaners. I purchased this warranty after being told my sectional would be safe for 5
years.
18 months later, the frame on the sectional has a broken spring. I contacted Factory Direct and was told they would not fix or replace the item because it wasn't an accident. Wanda, the customer service person, told me that it was in the fine print on my warranty papers that ONLY accidents were covered.
They refused to service my sectional.…
