The best service ever. I am the owner and chief of a small security company I have never had anyone be rude to me and I am in plain clothes all the time . The lady with the piercing all over helped me to get my patches done I the store in no time at all if you want service you must be polite and they work with you but if you are rude they are rude back…
FIT CHECK ALL ALTERATIONS. Has always been a great place to get your uniforms and tailored as needed. However, last order in paid the additional fee per pants (tailored=12 dollars), and got one pair done right, so recommend that you take the time to check the alterations by using the dressing rooms, or you may find an incomplete order and additional travel and time delays. Great place to buy. I have never experience the customer service problems with Special Ops in OKC as I just read. They usually recognize me and unless they are very busy provide unsolicited help . Pricing is relative. I find prices cheaper and more expensive at other police uniform/supply stores. I usually find the best prices on the web but when I need help with purchasing uniforms or specialty supplies I always end up here-and happy with my purchase. I find every sales person ready to assist...and if I don't get immediate service, I just ask.…
Worst customer service in the metro.. I couldn't agree more with the previous poster. This store has the worst customer service ever. Not only do they know they have you over a barrel if you need it right away, they'll over charge you for it. I would buy my supplies locally if this store even pretended they wanted your business, but now I buy just as good quality items for a fraction of the price on the net. I have tried to go back over the years and try them again, but it seems the same old people that don't care are there with the exception of them always hiring at least one crackhead (in a police store mind you) that they replace every couple of years with a new crackhead.
