Tips for Pat's Tire & Auto Repair Downtown

Poor Quality; Terrible Customer Service. We took our car in to have a sensor light checked and our breaks and tires inspected. After spending almost $1000.00 our sensor light came back on within the same week it came out of the shop and Goodyear said it was related to a different issue... then what the heck did we spend $1000 on??? We then took it took our dealership who confirmed that Goodyear did nothing more than put new break pads on our car. Goodyear has never done anything to resolve our unsatisfaction or followup in anyway. DO NOT USE GOODYEAR IN DOWNTOWN OKC!!!
