Eh...

I lived here for a year and it was the first place I had on my own. Overall, these apartments are pretty nice. Maitenence is reliable, it is safe, which was really important to me, friendly neighbors, the CART bus stop is convenient for college students and it saves gas! Oh, and clean pools!

The complaints I have are that the bathroom sink and the bathtub wouldn't drain hardly at all from day 1... which is pretty gross to think about! I went out and bought multiple bottles of drain-o and nothing worked.

And although they advertise free wi-fi, it doesn't work. They told me that I'm too far away from the office building for it to work.. which didn't make sense since I actually lived VERY close to the office. All of my neighbors said the same thing. So I was forced to pay for internet every month which is what I was trying to aviod in the first place- as a poor college student, that is NOT fun!

And the "gym" is a joke. There are 2 treadmills... niether of them work. 2 elipticals... 1 works. And then there are bikes and weights..

• Pros: Maitenence, Parking, Pools, Nice Interior
• Cons: No free-wifi, gym, garbage disposal kept breaking, clogged sink and tub
