Poor Management and Maintenance. We have lived at Cimarron Trails for a couple of years and are getting ready to move. This place has gone downhill fast! Based on outside appearances, this seems to be a great apartment complex. The grounds are fairly well kept and the units are roomy, some with washers & dryers. The management and maintenance staff leave a lot to be desired, however. There have been numerous maintenance problems that go for weeks before management will send someone out, and even then the maintenance staff often has to make return visits to fix the same problem. Management is rarely in the office during posted business hours to answer calls. They frequently let the phone ring without an answering machine/voice mail picking up a call during business hours. They often leave the office for the day early. Phone calls, maintenance requests and complaints have been ignored by the staff. There have also been several security problems, including vandalism to tenant's vehicles. The management and maintenance make this apartment complex very unappealing, especially considering the rising rental rates!…

When we came to move in, the apartment was not fit for habitation--parts unpainted, floor peeling up in places, paint slopped onto cabinets and floor, no hot water in master bathroom, broken shower rod, broken drains in both bathtubs/showers, et al. It has taken more than a month to get these things fixed. And tonight 20+ cars had their tires slashed in the parking lot. The maintenance crew is good, but the management is psychotic and inept. The place feels skeezed and unsafe.…
