I did not have to wait in line at this location. They were very helpful and the store is clean. They even offered to change my battery after I had purchased it.

This is the branch to avoid. I've had problems getting what I need in stock. Once I called ahead to see if they had it and have them hold it for me. When I went to pick it up, they hadn't even pulled it for me, even though he said he would, and didn't even have one. All I was told was that the computer said we have 3. Well, the computer couldn't fix my car. I didn't even get an apology and when I asked them to call the other store, he acted as if I was putting him out.

We usually use another store, but the car wouldn't make it that far one day. We ended up at O'Reily's, and I am glad we did. They were super nice to us, and the store was amazingly clean considering it is an auto parts place. They guy came outside with me, and helped me check a few things. They also suggested I try some different things in the future.
