WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!. I drove from Dallas for my birthday, and went to Othello's for dinner. The salmon came out raw, so we sent it back and asked to have it cooked through. It came out a second time raw. I asked the waitress if we could change the order to chicken since the cook was having a problem determining when salmon was cooked. She brought the cook to our table to ARGUE with us that salmon was dark pink in the middle and we should have asked for it "well done" if we wanted it to flake. The manager then asked if we wanted it or not - we said, no because it was raw. She said "I'm charging you for it anyway" and took away the plate that we never ate off of! Unbelievable that we were charged $17 for HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!
