Best food on campus. Get the number 16 it's a great dish. They use all natural food and have those great seats at the window so you can watch the street while you eat. The salsa is a little thin but makes it up in taste and the service is fast and easy. Be sure not to miss this little norman treasure.

Great Authentic Mexican. Pepes is a local favorite for all the right reasons. The food is always fresh and homemade, the restaurant is always clean and comfortable, and there's something for everyone. For the kids, there's a nice menu. For the fearful, there's standard fare like burritos and enchilladas. The real treats, though, are the daily specials. Our family favorite are molotes on Monday, soles and fish tacos ok Saturday, and the chicken with mole. The puerco en salsa verde is the best we have had anywhere. Best of all, almost everything on the menu is extremely reasonably priced (about $7) and healthy. A local gem!

A restaurant that gets five stars for being the heart of Norman!. Pepe's is the place where friends meet when everyone is home for the holidays. Pepe's is the place where you eventually run into everyone in Norman. The food and location are at the heart of this town. If you want Tex-Mex, this is not your chili con carne on tamales kind of place. You can get that anywhere. This is true, banana leaf wrapped, Yucatan style tamales (on Fridays only)... real Mexican food. Pepe's is also vegetarian friendly with veggie versions of dishes and veggie lunch specials. Highly recommended as a unique to Norman dining experience. If you have moved away from here, and are missing Pepe's after reading this review, you know what I am talking about!

best lunch place. This mexican place serves some of the chef's very own recipes. A Great place to have lunch at. Some of theeir daily specials with Chicken, Tilapia, Beef are authentic and unique. The traditional mexican nachos, enchiladas and burritos are awesome. The serving sizes are huge and you ll end up loosening your pants if you decide to have all of it.

Great food on Campus Corner. Even when people are lined up onto the street, the service is fast enough to just barely have time for a drink in the adjoining bar. The food would be worth the wait as it is significantly better/different than most of the "Tex-Mex" offerings in Oklahoma and the prices are "fast food". My wife and three kids eat there at least once a month for about $30 and leave full and happy. Cilantro is used in many of the dishes. The Beef Corn Mula is my favorite. Cubed sirloin is used instead of ground beef. Tequila Tastings!

Ucomon Freshness and Originality. Wonderful food and a more traditional Mexican Menu. Full bar and and variety of beers on tap. Try the burrito loco, quesodillas, or just about anything, you can't go wrong. Make sure you get some of the salsa verde! Family atmosphere on campus corner.
