No.................... the thing that actually brought us to Heitz, was a flyer in the mail.

It said something about getting an extraordinary amount for our little Impala. I jumped at

the opportunity, due to the fact that my little wife had been asking about getting a pickup truck......... and where I would ordinarily change the subject, this time I just had an overwhelming feeling that I should go ahead and go deeper into debt, hopefully for the last

time, in our lives. We were impressed by your sales staff, and especially by the friendlyness

of Shane Cole.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The only good thing that can be said about this place is that it is nice and they have a neat playground. They treated me like I was a piece of crap once they saw my credit score. What they didn't realize was that I have preferred military pricing through GM and I am a member of USAA. I left in tears after how the finance guy talked to me. I went to David Stanley Chevrolet through recommendation of a friend who knows the general manager there. They worked their butts off for me and got me financed at a rate I am very pleased with. I will tell everyone I know not to use this place.

Wasted my time. I will start by saying that they have very nice new dealership and if I had ended up getting a chrevrolet I would have preferred to get it serviced there. I went there twice and worked with Tommy who said he was new. He knew what I was looking for after my first visit and called me that weekend saying he just got excaxtly what I wanted and that it was priced right. I asked for a description of the vehicle and asked if it had any body damage or anything because it was not on there website. He said it was "very clean". It was obvious that he did not look at it before he told me that. There was a dent and a large scratch going down the entire side of the car. Then his manager told me the price was going to be higher than what I was told over the phone because it had gone to there mechanics for a tune up. I basically did not want the car at that point, but they kept pushing me to make an offer. So I did make an offer that was Only $2800 off there "new" asking price. Then the manager had the nerve to come out and basically call me stupid for making that offer. He was very rude and when I told him about how the car had been misrepresented to me over the phone and wasn't exactly what I wanted because of the damage, he responded like I was wasting his time. I however took off work to come down there to be lied to, then treated like an idiot. I will never go to Marc Heitz Chevrolet again!
