Pet lovers beware! They were ridiculously overpriced, the vets were impersonal, and the wait was very long. I absolutely love my dog and will do anything to keep him healthy. I felt this vet was completely out for the money and not concerned for the health of my dog. They did not take any time to get to know me or my dog. Every visit was hundreds of dollars. After yet another visit that was overpriced I had mentioned to the assistant that the prices were so outrageous that I would have to take my business elsewhere. The assistants only response was that they were good at what they do. I was extremely disappointed with the staff and their lack of care for my dog. The vet hospital made no effort in trying to correct the problem other than filling out a some questions. I would never recommend this place. I was fortunate to find another local vet hospital that was a third of the cost and cares about my dog as much as I do.

I've had to bring my puppy here a few times recently. They were very flexible with appointments and worked around my schedule. Much appreciated.

Agreed with Jamie. The staff is so caring. I had to put a pet down and they called a couple days later to see how I was doing.

I absolutely adore Beverly! She is so quick and eager to answer all of my questions although I hardly do because she is so throrough in explaining everything to me. My pets mean the world to me and she treats them like they are her own. To be honest it is on the pricier side, but for the service they provide and the care that they give your pets I couldn't ever see myself going anywhere else and I've been going to Rose Rock for at least 25 years!!

Lost my dog's body. Do not use this vet hospital!!!!! They came to my house to euthanize my dog after I had set up arrangements for an individual cremation for my dog. After euthanizing my companion, they took her body to be cremated. On the way out the door I reconfirmed that it was an individual cremation. They acknowledged me and said that someone from the office would call me early next week so that I could pick up my dog's remains. By Thursday no one had called, so I called them Friday morning. It turns out that someone at the hospital screwed up and my dog was cremated with a group of dogs and I cannot get any of the ashes. So now I have no body and no ashes. What turned out to be devastating in the first place is now tragic. I wish I had never taken my dogs there and will not be returning with my remaining dog. On top of this colossal mistake, they are extremely expensive.
