Horrible Experience would not recommend

I enrolled my daughter in an express ACT course thinking that it would be more helpful and personal than the online courses. The class was cancelled the day of the class, we live over a 100 miles away and both of us had arranged to take off work and stay the night in Norman. I still have not received a refund on my credit card and we are rolling into week 3 of this experience. It seems they will not refund my card until they receive the book they shipped us for the class, I had arranged to take the book to the Norman center and verifed this arrangement with the Director--EVAN. Evan chose to not meet me at the center to receive the book and refund my card. I have spent the day contacting the National office and now I am waiting on a call from the Regional/Area Directors. The folks that answer the phones at the Norman office have been very kind and friendly, they often have to contact the Director on his cell phone. If I had treated a customer like the way the Director has treated us--notifying the day of the class that it is cancelled then arranging to meet to refund the class and then deciding not to I would be fired from my job. Since we were never offered another express class I can't evaluate the actual instructor but I would definetly say the Director's lack of organization for the business would make a buyer beware---WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
