Fantastic Customer Service A+. The entire staff at Vance Auto Group was very helpful and friendly. We were very pleased with our experience here and appreciated how easy Robert made the financing part of it.

bait n switch. I found a truck I wanted online. Went there to buy it, and they said sorry we just sold it, but we have another for a little more money.\r BAIT AND SWITCH is what they are doing..\r I will not go there again. Oh I look 3 days later…

new car. just bought a new Pontiac G6. Only time I ever been to a car dealer when I felt I wasn't getting the run around. They made it fun to buy a car and the service was great.

It's just ok!. John Vance has good car dealers and competitive prices. They also have a good body shop. They don't always fix your car like there suppose to and in the time they say they will.
