oakridge. horrible, sleepless nights due to too many college students that can't figure out that everyone can hear their music and dang near everything they do! No PEACE! Lot rent is high and manager has no control over anything in the park! Will lie to you to get a sale/rental, after the money and the rent is high too. Don't waste your time, you can find better units elsewhere unless you are desperate........even then I'd be cautious of everything, what you sign to hidden charges, and especially what may lurk in cleaning the houses.…
