Never going back. I found this doctor to be rude and rushed. He did not take anytime to answer my questions, and the questions that he did answer were done so in a very condescending tone. If you want a doctor that will show you that they actually care about your well-being and will take time to educate you do not go see this doctor.

3 appts I had, I showed up, but the doctor didn't. 1st two appts he wasn't there I laughed off. 1st one they did not chart that they called or sent letter. 2nd time, they charted that they left a message. However, the # they called was listed as a half of my cell phone # and half of my house #. This time, there was a note on door saying that if the door is locked and the lights are off, we are closed.

Office staff are superb. Dr. Last's office staff are among the friendliest I've ever encountered. Dr. Last himself is an excellent doctor. He doesn't spend much time with patients, but in my opinion, it is because he can rapidly diagnose them upon sight.
