I took my van up to Hibdon's to have new brake pads put on on Saturday. After leaving it there for 5 hours we receive a call that we needed new rotors, if we didnt agree to this additional work they wouldn't do the brake job. When we picked up the car, it was less than one thousandth of an inch shy of the spec's they require (less than the thickness of a human hair) when I asked when the last time they calibrated the machine,the man chuckled. since this was so infinitely small I asked if there was some type of waiver They refused to do the work, to me it seems like a scam to get people to pay hundred's more than what is necessary. Completely lost my faith in this company to do honest work.
