we have had the worst and best of jeep
dealer experiences. we went to four jeep dealerships before finding the final dealer that we actually bought from. the first four experiences were horrible! the sales guys knew absolutely nothing about their products. we were actually insulted by one guy for pulling up to a jeep dealership in a "worthless" land rover. at that point my wife almost refused to let me buy a jeep.
we finally found a fantastic dealer, bob moore chrysler jeep, in my hometown of oklahoma city. the only problem is that it is 700 miles from nashville where we are currently living. the distance however proved to be no issue!
the sales guy we worked with at bob moore jeep was jason jones, and he made the transaction super easy! i told them that i wanted to order a 2012 wrangler unlimited rubicon with a bunch of specific options directly from the factory, and that i wanted to pay tread lightly price at 1% below invoice. they happily obliged.
i also wanted a few specific aftermarket modifications to be done at the time of purchase including AEV lift kit, AEV front/rear bumpers, new wheels/tires, and exhaust (AFE Y pipe). jason and his parts guy, josh, researched the products i wanted, ordered them, and coordinated the installation with steve from their service department. all of the extra parts and installation costs were then rolled into jeep's 0% financing. everything went without a hitch and the quality of install was great!
the guys at bob moore jeep are an amazing group of guys to deal with, and i am so happy with my jeep and the installed modifications. i would highly recommend them to anyone.

During our visit we were immediately greeted and placed through credit pre-approval. We sought to purchase a used vehicle for my husband, and left with a 2013 Chrysler 200. Daniel and Wataski worked tirelessly to get us into a vehicle that we could afford, without stretching our budget. They both worked to create an environment that was positive and soothing as we test drove several vehicles, and never once used high pressure sales to close the deal. Overall, we were very impressed with our experience and highly recommend these amazing sales persons to shop with.
It was a excellent experience. The sales person and manager did a great job making sure I had the car I wanted at the best price.
My husband and I initially traveled to
Bob Moore to look at used vehicle we found on the internet. They were very helpful and allowed us to drive the vehicle home for the night to make sure it was what we wanted. We decided that maybe it wasn't the best vehicle for us at this time and took it back the next morning. After speaking to our Sales person Joe, he brought in the big guns... Mr. Wataski Franklin, the General Sales Manager. Mr. Franklin is the best!!! He listened to what I had t say about what we were looking for and our situation. Within no time we had several options for us to choose from, that was in the range we could afford. Scott Boyd was our Finance person and we worked very hard to get us the best rate possible. Very nice too. Buying a vehicle, new or used, always takes a good amount of time, but at Bob Moore someone was with us every step of the way. We were offered cold drinks and food and they have a nice waiting area.
I am happy to say that we are proud owners of 2012 Chrysler 200S, thanks to Bob Moore.
