Nice inexpensive mattress in Nichols Hills. I am an ethnic female, by anyone standard. I am from Saudi Arabia and have been here since I was 3. I have seen the best and worst of people. Sometimes, because of race and sometimes because of my gender. I am rather critical because of this and I like to think I can outsmart and sort through the bull that most sales persons give you. I am rarely as impressed as I am with Michael Brown, aka The Bed Man. He was never bothered that I am woman or the fact I am not from here or that I had over 20 questions for him. I always test the people I see in customer service even the gas attendant needs to be on there toes around me. this place may not have everything I am looking for and the only name brand I heard of, was Simmons Beautyrest. But, the courtesy and frankness Michael showed me was a delight. He was all about business, but not so much that he could not talk about his wife and new baby on the way. I never felt challenged or or pressured to buy now or miss the great deal. He seemed very confident in his prices and the service he provided. The only reason this place did not get a run do not walk is because I am too picky and it should not be seen as a detriment to Michael or his store. Michael if you ever see this, I know you know who I am and you will see me again in the future when I need a new bed for the guest bedroom.…
