Bad Day at Loc Salon!!!. I went to Kyle at Loc Salon for 2yrs. He would leave product in my hair after it was shampooed.? I brought it to his attention and he told me he didn't feel it & kept styling my hair. It was not a big concern. I had an appt with Kyle for the past 3 mos. On the day of my appt.
