Ripoff artist - 3n1 Studio.
This guy is a ripoff artist! Stay away!
Zero knowledge, zero customer service.
100% of the work he did has to be redone less than a year later. Complete waste of money.
New business name is 3n1 Studio. What a joke!

STAY AWAY ! ! ! ! !.
We should have "Googled" and read through the comments prior to us contacting Love Landscapes. The mannerisms of the crew were horrible and the quality of work was kosher. One crew member was splitting on the sidewalk and the other kept leaving trash behind shrubs throughout the installation.
SIDE NOTE: One of his crew members told us that their office landscape was built by another company and that the lawn was treated by yet another landscape company. What does "Love Landscapes" do in house? Anything?
Stay away!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!. My husband and I pass by Jay's office and personal house every Sunday. After our appointment (where he was 20 mins late), we decided to still give the local landscape company the chance to update our yard. The scheduling was poor considering we were first scheduled on a Tuesday but he showed up on a Friday. Should have been a sign. The job was finished while we were at work. When we arrived that evening, pinestraw wasn't properly blow, plants looked bad, debris still in the sod, and the "freshly" cut sod was dry and looked a month old. After weeks of calls and emails, we never received a call back. Not a peep. After my husband asked around about Love Landscapes, we find out HIS OWN OFFICE/PERSONAL HOUSE was designed and built by another landscaping firm. Strange, huh? Don't trust your own work??? Now I notice all these great reviews online which are ALL POSTED ON THE SAME DAY BY DIFFERENCE USER NAMES. Getting friends and family to post great reviews??? Shady, huh? Do not even consider this company.

Service was acceptable but once my contract was up he charge more than double my rate when nothing of significance changed - I had overpaid at the end of the contract and while he did send refund back initially, the chack had been lost - I had found it when I moved, called repeatedly to ask if I could get my money back - he never returned a phone call. I then deposited the check and it did not clear.
Mr. Love - while I admit fault in losing the check - you never called to ask me why it had not been cashed and have failed to pay me what is owed. you sent me another check. Here I wait for my $138. Do you have integrity?

Speechless....... My wife and I have been talking about doing something with our landscape since we bought our house, but we never could figure out what nor could we afford it. When we sat down with Love Landscapes, their background in the industry gave them the ability to provide us with endless ideas and we could not believe the amount we got for the money. When I got home the day the work was complete, I was speechless. It almost feels like we have moved to another house. Thanks Love Landscapes!!!

I love my new landscape!!. Love Landscapes took my old outdated yard and turned it into a beautiful yard with lots of color, trees and a stone wall that really makes my yard the envy of the neighborhood. Thanks Jay.
