RENTALS!!!***
I called and booked a moon bounce a MONTH in advance of my daughter’s party with the owner named Juan! The moon bounce was to arrive at the party at 2pm the day of the party. Party day comes, 2pm comes and no moon bounce and not even a call, after waiting an hour I called Juan and he answered. I asked him if he was going to bring the moon bounce to my daughter’s party. He asked me for my information and address and told me to hang on, after holding on the phone for a couple min’s he hung up!! I called back several times and he wouldn’t answer. I had my friend call from another phone number and he answered right away. She also asked him if he was going to be bringing the moon bounce, he AGAIN hung up! We called several times from both numbers and he wouldn’t answer our phone calls!!
DO NOT RENT FROM HIM, very unprofessional!!!
