Globelink Security Systems

Read the fine print before you sign up!!. I had service carried over from the previous owner when I bought the house. I moved unexpectedly a few months later. I agreed with the new owners to transfer the service into their names, since I was under contract and Globelink was not available in the state I moved to. Long story short, the new owners never paid, I never revcieved a bill, and the account was sent to collections.

Be careful if you sign up and think you may be moving, as they will lock you into the payments.

Customer Service, not so good. I could have paid them before it went to collections if they bothered to send me a bill. I had to call 3 times just to find out my account balance, which was $0. So collections got my money in the end, not Globelink. My mistake for thinking the new owners would pay and not thining about contracts!

You get what you pay for I guess.…

Good Service! Nice People!. I spoke to GSS this week and they asked that if I was happy with the service to submit an internet review. After I thought about it I have to say that I've been a client for over 10 years. My service calls are efficient, the staff is friendly (after 10 years I work with the same techs and staff), they call fast when my alarm goes off and I have always paid the same 12.99 per month (I've never had a price increase in over 10 years). The local family owners live down the street and they always remember my name when I see them in the grocery store. They are a nice young family. Keep up the good work.…

Frugal Shopper. After my recent home break in my insurance company required me to get an alarm system. Being a frugal shopper I interviewed over 10 different Oklahoma alarm companies (to find out 8 out of 10 were not Oklahoma companies). With the extensive research I found GSS to be the best alarm protection at half the price. I was also impressed with the prompt arrival, clean installation and a good customer tutorial for my new system. I was very disappointed in how the other alarm companies handled there business. Negative feedback of their competition was the one thing that turned me away. Some of the competitors salesman made this feel like buying a used car. Globelink Security was very curteous of there competitiors with nothing negative to say. "I like that!" Globelink Security was one of the few companies that actually has a one rate plan. "I like that!" Globelink Security had the simplest of all alarm agreements. "I like that!" I will refer my friends and family. My insurance agent added that he will be referring all of his clients to Globelink Security. The alarm monitoring is so affordable that my insurance discounts pay for the service. My alarm monitoring is FREE! "I like that even more!"…

Thanks!. I switched to GSS $12.99 alarm monitoring because I was tired of my existing company raising my alarm rates. I was referred by my neighbor whom has been with Globelink Security for over ten years and has never had a rate increase. The bottom line is that I get better coverage at half the price. Service and alarm response is very fast. I have referred my parents, children and people from our church.
