Terribly slow and unorganized and pricey. First off I agree with everything that Skdalessandro posted. While they were careful not to damage items, they were terribly slow (more $$ for them) even with 3 big guys. They weren't organized and did not bring the proper equipment to move all the items I needed moved even after be apprised of exactly what they had to move. Now I'm stuck paying $300-$400 more to move the items they said they could move and couldn't even after paying them over $1000 or they wouldn't unload my items. I would NOT use them ever again. Beware they charge an hour travel and 12% of the total bill for fuel (what a rip-off). 7 Hours to move a 3-bdrm house 2.5 miles down the road!…

Turn around and run. This was one of the worst moving experiences I've ever had to go through. The movers came and immediately started complaining about how much stuff I had. Apparently communication between the movers and their management is horrible because they weren't told of how much they had to move. (Which I gave to whoever booked my move) Only two guys were sent so it took over SEVEN hours to move from one 2bed apt to another...in the same complex! The seven hours included my family and I having to help and move a bunch of the stuff as well. They even dropped our washing machine but of course did not mention it. My roommates mother saw it and there was scratches on the washer as well. Before they could unload the truck we had to sit and wait for over 45 minutes for their manager to pick up the phone. No exaggeration. The bill cost us over $800. Next time using friends instead of hiring "professionals" would be well worth the time and money. It never took me more that half the time they spent to move my stuff and I had previously moved from a farther distance. Also, the management will NOT return emails or phone calls. They simply do not care about any kind of customer service.…

Do not in any way fall for their good prices-Jessica very good and very helpful-gave me a high end quote-2 days before my move,they called with a more than double the price-they were calling to confirm the time and then hit me up with a new price-check out the BBB and the complaints they have on them,I didn't lose any money on them-deposit was refunded,they just give you a low price so you won't get any other quotes, the movers have a real attitude-too many other movers -too many other people needing the work-you don't have to put up with them…
