I went with my cousin to the North Spa in Casady Square one of her visits and actually had the complimentary session done on me. OMIGOSH, when they measured me afterwards, I lost 1 and a half inches from my waist. When I put my jeans back on, they were actually loose. Im doing the Accent and VIP package now, and I'm down to a size 4, and still improving! They are a great bunch of folks, and I highly recommend them.

I was having trouble loosing the last few inches in my abdominal area and my thighs and a friend of mine that was going to Body Trends South told me about her success there, so I thought I would check it out. I made an appointment for a free demo and went in with an open mind. The staff at the South location were very informative and straightforward. They explained everything to me and then actually "hooked" me up so that I could try it before I bought it. I lost 3 inches with just that one treatment and signed up immediately. They have a personal trainer there who gave me advice on exercises, helped me with my nutrition and gave me motivation to reach my goals. Just 15 treatments later, I could fit in to jeans I haven't been able to wear in years and look amazing in my new bathing suits. I am currently still going and would recommend this spa to anybody who needs to drop weight or just tone up. The staff there is very knowledgeable and go out of their way to make each and every visit relaxing. They truly care about the end result for their clients.
