heck yes.
This will be my first message, I think Top Gun is the best damn tattoo shop in the MWC / OKC area. Joe did an AWESOME job on my first ink job..although the parking is another topic..but it's managable..and the guys are are pretty nice to look at while your sitting in the chair! :)
I plan on coming back for more stab jobs and ink work
