scam. Decided to get a soft water system through covenant filtration ,boy was that a mistake ,first off system has never worked had them out to fix it the first week and they wanted me to pay 89.00 for them to come out ,they eventually came out at no charge and it wasnt fixed ,also they screwed up on intalling it and found out from the city there methods arent up to code. system still doesnt work 3 years later and they will only fix it if im willing to pay a service charge on a 6000.00 system that has never worked ,trust me hold on to your money and go with someone else.

Soft Water...Great Service. This is our second water filtration system...the first coming from a "Top Competitor". If we had know then what we know now we would have never purchased anywhere other than here. You are just a number to the competitor. Everytime I go their office they know me and my two kids by name. I highly recommend their system.

Very Pleased.... My wife and I are very please with Covenant Filtration. Our water was hard and compared to bottle water had a slight smell. Now it is exactly like drinking bottle water each and every day from our own tap. The staff was friendly and helpful (especially considering before purchasing my wife called Multiple times and visited their OKC location). I would be happy to recommend them!

Job Well Done. My husband and I love our clean water. We had seen the company at the home show a few years back and gathered information on water systems. I was informed from several of the companies at the show that purchasing a lesser system from a home improvement store (Home Depot) was going to be less expensive initially but not clean the water properly and although the initial cost would be less the installation and upkeep would be great for a system that didn't actually clean my water. I didn't believe them and purchased a GE water filtration unit anyway. Two years later I h toss the broken GE and get the higher quality system. We have had great customer service and clean water since. We love it and recommend the company highly.

Big problem finally solved. We live in an area where water is very hard to come by. After drilling 4 wells we finally got water but the quality was poor at best. We contacted many water purification companys and Covenant Filtration was the only one willing to tackle our problem. It took a lot of trial and error with a big learning curve but they finally worked thru our problems. They kept trying until they found the solution to making our water pure. We believe after all of this they could find solutions for anyone with serious water problems.

rip off artists. Smoke and mirror deception. The positive reviews are being posted by the vice pres. robert delancy. They are paying people to remove negative truths from the internet. Be careful, dont believe the hype, your not going to make anything near what what they tell you. if your on the buying end, jared williams has marked up this system $3000.00 over msrp. The system isnt even on the top 10 list! $8000.00, WHATEVER!

Wonderful!!!!!!!!. I knew I had bad water, but didn't really know what to do about it. Covenant Filtration in Oklahoma City sent a Water Analyst to my home, ran some tests at my kitchen sink and proved to me what I already knew. I had bad water. Notice I said "had". They installed their state of the art WaterMax from Hague Quality Water along with a Reverse Osmosis filtration system under my kitchen sink and I absolutely love it!! This has been one of the best investments I have ever made. It is providing my family with healthy, clean, soft water for years to come and at the same time is adding equity to my home. I win all the way around. Thank you Covenant Filtration! You guys are the best!!

Horrible!!!!!!. They use phony demonstrations to lure their customers in plus promising the moon to their poor employees. Ask what their chemicals are that use to precipitate the "dangerous" stuff in your water. Go ahead. The guy doing your demonstration doesn't know. They will also try to shock you by showing you demonstrations using bottles and sippy cups. It is all BS. Do not believe them. If you work there, quit. They have been in trouble in the past for violating labor laws. Not good people and the owner, Jared, claims to be a Christian. Yeah, right, covenant my bum. He is a lying figurehead of an even bigger monster. Do not trust these jerks.
