They don't care about Customer Service. They told me one thing on the phone and then when I got there they couldn't find what I wanted for the price I was quoted (but I could have received something for way more!). The manager promised to call me and he never did. I had to call him back when I didnt get a call and then he still never called me back. With all the bad reports about Aarons on the internet (ripoffreport ) I am staying away from Aarons and am glad I didn't rent anything before it was too late. Too bad they don't focus on Customer Service at this company and do what they say they will do.
