Under New Ownership/Management. As new owners of the Body Shop, we are under no obligation to honor any previous GROUPONs that were sold. However, in an effort to help those who failed to use the GROUPONs before they expired, we are offering discounts of $10 per each of 2 1-hour massages, in exchange for the GROUPON. The GROUPON program was responsible for a nearly catastrophic impact on this business. We were not a part of that agreement, but are working to help restore faith in this business. Not an Honorable Business. Haven't gotten a massage here. I had a groupon that expires today actually, but their appts were booked up since at least 2 weeks ago and the only thing they are offering is $10 off of two massages. It's not my fault that they have had no spots to schedule. I don't think calling 2 weeks ahead is unreasonable to try to schedule. If anything they should allow scheduling through the 15th since they cannot accommodate all of us who purchased their groupon. Too bad that I will not give them any business and will tell my friends and family to do likewise. Shame on them!
My husband and I received a Groupon as a gift. I told them this when I made the appt as we had previously bought a Groupon for ourselves and used it. They called the morning of the appt. and left a message that they were refusing the Groupon because we'd already used a Groupon.
I called back and had to leave a message to tell them I was contacting Groupon Headquarters about this and they have not responded.
They were also rude the last time we were there and my massage was supposed to be for one hour but the massage was barely 45 min.
