LDS Leather has really gone down the crapper. Stay far far away from LDS Leather! I submitted an order in mid-March and was really excited about getting my custom made product. Since then I've heard nothing, received nothing and 3 attempts to contact someone at their company has been fruitless. Their system forces you to voicemail or hangs up on you instead of actually allowing you to talk to customer service. At once point I got slammed with a recording about how busy they were from "End-Year" orders and that they couldn't give status over the phone - it's APRIL!!! At this point I want to cancel but I can't get any REAL person on the phone to cancel my order and give my business to someone else.
