Absolutely appalling. It was my first time in this place on Friday and I had the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I went in to get a pedicure and a set of nails done. When I got there they all just looked around at each other and then told me to sit and wait, mind you, there was not one customer in the place! They were watching tv. My nails and my toes were being done at one time by three different people. The lady who did my pedi continued to make comments about my toes and feet and how hard she had to work on them. My toes are done every two weeks!!!! The place looked as if it had not been cleaned in weeks. Not even 24 hours later my two thumb nails had broke off so I went to get them repaired. The guy started on my two nails and then without saying a word, got up and left in his van, leaving me sitting there clueless as to what was going on. 15 mins later he came back with his wife. And was very rude. I explaned that the nails broke within 24 hours and he still charged me the repair fee, but not without an absolutely horrible attitude. He was throwing things around and giving me dirty looks the whole time. I will NEVER go back to these people again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. This particular business location does NOT speak English. They had difficulty understanding what I was asking for, managed to incorrectly paint my request of two different colors for an alternative french manicure and then after placing the false nails, had the nerve to tell me I needed a manicure and offered one to me for an additional $15! Which is what I went to them for in the first place. Unless you're a stress/frustration-junkie, Avoid this place
