Wow, Lots Of Review Padding Here. Randy Franklin and his staff at Apple Movers are veeeeery busy folks, what with all the running around on the Web padding their reviews to bury the real customer feedback. I have a photocopy from our lawyer of an INCH THICK list of plaintiffs who have sued Randy Franklin and Apple and WON, and NOT ONE OF THEM has ever received a penny, including us. Randy has run from every single court ordered debt he has ever had. Apple is the antithesis of an honest business and I would go as far as to wager that Randy has spent some time in jail, given how he spoke to the police the day I had to call 911 on them when they threatened to leave with my things on their truck, how he ignored the subpoena, how he failed to show up to court, and how he has ignored the judgment we won against him. This guy doesn't care one bit about the law, or about his customers. Run like hell from this one, folks. Seriously.

I contacted Apple Movers for my move from Oklahoma City, OK to Kennesaw, GA. My experience was positive from the first call to schedule the move to the completion of the move. Nancy answered my original call and was extremely courteous and helpful. She set an appointment for an in-home quote at my convenience. The owner, Randy Franklin, arrived at my home promptly and provided me with guaranteed price in writing. He was very professional and gave me a competitive price. He took time to answer additional questions I had, reassuring and putting me at ease about my long distance move.

I recieved estimates from three companies and without hesitation I chose Apple Movers. The professional and courteous service I recieved from the beginning made this an easy choice. I was impressed with the entire staff. It was extremely hot yet the movers got to work right away and stayed busy. They were very courteous and careful with not only my belongings but with my home as well. They went above and beyond by rearranging furniture to my liking. Apple Movers made what can be an very stressful experience a pleasant experience.

The service was exceptional and I am extremely grateful that I found Apple Movers. Great service at a fair price. I would definitely call them again and I would highly recommend Apple Movers

Apple Movers has always provided top notch service. I have used Apple Movers many times over the years most recently this past summer. I have never had a negative experience with them . The price has always been fair and the amount of time it takes has never been cumbersome. The guys moving my stuff have always been courteous and apparently have done this a long time as they were professional and knew how to handle my stuff. They take a personal interest in doing a good job and treated me very kind . I have had stuff moved to storage, moved from storage to my house and if I have big items to move they come and take care of it. I would not use another moving service as I am completely confident these guys are superb.

I would say that anyone that has had any questionable service may have to take a look at their particular move and see how they contributed to the issues involved because I have not had anything but professional service from this company. I wholeheartedly reccommend them and will use them again

response to ajokc24. Our goal is to do the best moving job possible for every customer. However, in some cases the customer is NOT always right. They refused the third man on the move that we felt was needed to ensure safety and proper handling of their items. Two professional movers could not get their furniture up the stairs which seemed to make them angry. They started yelling at my crew and were verbally abusive. We feel that this is not our fault that they can not afford the move they needed.

They have used us 3 times in the past without problems.

There is no "padding" going on, we have thousands of very happy customers. Some people can not be pleased no matter what you do to make them happy. It's a shame that an honest, hard-working business has to deal with frivolous litigation suits when all we are doing is trying to provide the best service possible at reasonable prices.

The best Movers ever. I want to thank Randy and his crew for the service i recivied on 4-11-11. We had All My Sons scheduled to move us from OKC to Searcy Ar then the day of our move the manager called to tell me that they had a driver out sick and couldn"t move my Family as scheduled and wanted to move us on Friday. The promblem was that I had closed on my home in OKC and the new owners were to move in on the 12th. I got online and found Apple Movers after a short conversation with the owner Randy i felt that he would be able to handle my move on a 1 day notice. The men showed up at 8 AM as promised and some how they were able to get all our belongings loaded and moved to Arkansas. The men were very knowledgeable and careful. This was my 7th move over the last 23 years and these guys were first class they work late to get the job done. I can"t belive there could be a better moving company out there. The price was less than All My Sons had quoted me and the move went perfect. If you are going to hire a movers I strongly recommend Apple Movers.

ASWOME. These guys are so awesome! First of all, the price was a lot cheaper than competitors. They originally were supposed to have two trucks to move all of our belongings in one day, but they did it with one truck and so quickly! The other companies I called said they would take two days to move everything. We also had to take our stuff to two different locations(one to rental and one to storage). They took every single item to the right locations with no problems. All of the movers were so polite and helpful. I also have a baby grand piano that they moved for us. Most companies won't move a piano, but these guys saved me a few hundred by taking the piano with the rest of our belongings. We are in a rental until our new home is finished being built and we are definitely planning on using them again!!

very very happy.. I was so relieved to see that these guys were on time being that I had to be out of my apartment at 2:30p.m. sharp. My elevator was only reserved from 11:00a.m. to 2:30p.m. I was very concerned that maybe they would not be able to get it all done in that amount of time, but Philip told me on the phone that it was recommended that our movers show up an hour before hand and help get everything into place as well as wrapping up our furniture that way we can use the elevator to its potential. I'm also very happy that there wasn't one scratch on any piece. I'm so glad I found this company and the reviews on here were spot on. Which is why I decided to contribute to it as well. Hope you guys find it helpful!

APPLE MOVERS IS GOOOOOOOOD.. I knew moving is stressful and handling everything alone will not be a easy.

Without spending time in thinking if it will be possible for me to do it myself. I started searching for a full service moving company. I came across this moving company. While checking the sites I found that this company is actually like a directory. I mean you they can give you all type of moving services. I directly called them and told them everything. they assigned a mover to carry out my move.

The moving agent did not made me wait instead they were 7 minutes early according to my time. I liked watching them pack my stuff. The way they packed the stuff made me feel that "Oh its so easy and anyone can do it". I gave it a try. But then REALIZED that packing requires good practice and skill.

The move went well.

You should definitely consider using this moving company for your next move!

love them!!!!!!!!!!. This was one of the best experiences we've ever had with a moving company. They showed up on time, were very friendly and polite, they protected all of the floors and door ways and were some of the hardest working guys I've ever seen. We hired 3 people since we lived at the bottom of about 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. They were a lot quicker than we expected them to be. I've had bad experiences in the past with moving companies - charging per step from the truck to the door, purposely over-using packing materials so they can charge more for them, charging mileage from place to place, charging for more time than it actually took. 1st Dallas Movers did none of these things and they were a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely use this company again and I'd recommend them to anyone moving. I can't say enough good things about them! Thanks guys!
