I've had some car buying experiences in my life (good and bad) but this one had to be in the top two worst experiences I've had (the other was David Stanley). This dealership went out of it's way to
be dishonest and unethical...it's as if they tried (versus it being a miscommunication).
Also, beware of the positive comments in here because a colleague of mine was approached by this dealership to write a positive rating in exchange for the dealership cooperating with her on their advertised price (in other words, we'll back off of our unethical practice and do the "right thing" if you'll not tell anyone how awful we've been to you and write a fake positive review).
Run, run, run! There are ethical dealerships out there who will do you right. Edmond Hyundai, however, is not one of them.…
Substandard. Edmond Hyundai sucks, Hyundai is a sucky car company period, the cars fall apart and they always find an excuse the it's never covered under the bs warranty
Buying Car For 16-Year-Old. Went to Edmondd Hyundai to get my daughter a USED car for her 16th birthday. We went to Edmond Hyundai since they had what she and her mother and I were looking for a 2007 Toyota Corolla. I was hoping to stay within my price range when I went there, but was scared the salesmen were going to try to up me on price, but I was wrong. Terrence, our salesman, helped us out and got us a great deal on the vehicle so my daughter and my pockets were happy.
