Bad Service - Bad Cut!!.
I needed a haircut and my regular shop was closed. I thought I would just check them out. Man was that a bad idea!
I felt like an animal being herded through the chute to be shaved! The woman that cut my hair was complaining that she was tired (boohoo! welcome to a little thing called WORK). I got home and washed my hair out to find that the bangs across the front were VERY uneven and she has missed several spots on top.
I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!
I'm going to try and get my money back on Monday. Wish me luck!!
This place has really gone down hill.
I have actually been a regular customer, but about 6 months ago this place lost the senior employee and it has been all downhill since then. My last trip my son and I got haircuts and when we got home I realized his was very uneven. I know I should have checked it in the store, but I didn't. (to be fair they had always been good in the past) I called and said I wasn't happy with the uneveness on the back of his head, and they said they could fix it, but that I would have to pay for a second haircut. I was amazed and asked why and the woman told me they couldn't be sure that I didn't mess it up myself after I left. SO...let me get this straight...I can to your shop and paid for a haircut, then when home and grabbed my scissors and hacked at my son's hair...how does that make sense?
Today, we decided to give them one more try. We noticed there were only two cutomers waiting and two in the chairs when we walked in, but we were greeted by a nasty woman (I had never seen here before) who turned to the other girl and said "Oh God no". I started to check in and she said "Well it's going to be 45 minutes to an hour...we haven't had lunch."
We left and I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
