scammer. company was recommended by warranty repair. Frank and Tyler came out promptly, diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. Used them a second time about a year later (6 months) ago. Said they would be out within the hour, called and said would be late, and then showed up about 2 hours later. Diagnosed the problem, went and picked up the part and repaired the washer. All was good. Called them again on Feb. 12, said they would be out later that day. Diagnosed the problem as a broken control board, called the supply company and said it would be 179.00 for the part but it was a special order only and would need to be paid for up front. Since I had done business with them before and did not have a ny problems with them, Like A Fool, I gave him the money. He said it would be three days. One week later I called and got no answer. Another week went by and he finally answered. Said grandma died and he would be out on Monday. NO SUCH LUCK. Still have not gotten a hold of him. Now goes by Sooner Appliance. 227-6194…
Mustang Appliance = Terrible Service and Liars. I have been dealing with Mustang Appliance for a month now. Initially I was told they would be at my home "first thing in the morning". They did not show up until after 9pm. No exaggeration. Then the pothead smelling repair man said he would order my part and it should be in before the week was out. Lie #2. I waited and waited and waited some more. When I called the man would say that it will be in today or tommorrow and he would fix it there after. Lie #3. Part is still not in and now when I call I get a message saying that thier mailbox is full and I cant leave a message. I am sure it is full- of people like me wanting to know when thier appliance will be fixed like promised.…

WORST SERVICE AVAILABLE. We called Mustang Appliance to come repair a washing machine. Frank showed up the very next day. Told us a part had to be special ordered and he could have it in a couple of days. We had to pay them a $90 service call and for the part up front. One week went by and we had not heard from Mustang Appliance. We called and they said they would be there that day. Never seen or heard from them. We kept calling them and hearing the same story. We told them we want our money back. We still have not received it. We have tried and tried to call them many times a day, they might answer after you try for about twenty times. Someone named Tyler always answers ands says you need to talk to Frank. But he will not give a phone number to reach Frank. Tyler said they are very busy and have a hard time coming back to finish the job. THEY SURE CAN BE ON THE JOB VERY QUICK IF THEY THINK THEY CAN SCAM YOU FOR A SPECIAL ORDER PART.
