Terrible Service!. Horrible service. I had ordered some merchandise, and when I received it, saw that the item was not the same as I had previously ordered, or even what was pictured. I contacted Century to try and correct the situation. Century at first argued with me about it, then when they finally agreed it was a different item, told me to send it back to them. I have to spend my time, money, etc for their mistakes. One Very upset customer.

Great company, bad email practices.. I placed on order with them and was happy with the price and shipping speed. Unfortunately I received two newsletters I did not request related to martial arts.
